Project Hunar Kala is a skill development, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment initiative of the Social Workers Welfare Society, focused on helping young people develop practical skills, explore new opportunities, and prepare for a successful future.
In today’s changing world, academic education alone is not always enough to build a successful career. Young people also need practical, digital, professional, and entrepreneurial skills. Through Project Hunar Kala, we encourage students and young professionals to discover their abilities, develop confidence, and explore self-employment and entrepreneurship as career opportunities.
The project works with schools, colleges, universities, training institutions, and community organizations to conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and skill development programs. These initiatives help young people understand entrepreneurship, innovation, emerging technologies, and the changing requirements of the modern workplace.
As part of the project, we organize seminars and motivational sessions on entrepreneurship, Startup India, innovation, and self-employment. We also conduct workshops on Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital literacy, computer skills, video editing, graphic design, digital content creation, and other useful digital skills.
Along with technical skills, the project focuses on career guidance, personality development, leadership, financial literacy, business planning, and entrepreneurial thinking. Interactive sessions encourage young people to develop creativity, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking.
Project Hunar Kala supports school and college students, young entrepreneurs, job seekers, aspiring startup founders, and youth from rural and urban communities. By connecting them with learning resources, government initiatives, and skill development opportunities, the project aims to make young people more confident and self-reliant.
Through these efforts, Project Hunar Kala is helping youth discover their potential and develop the skills needed to build successful careers and create new opportunities for themselves and others.
