Project Compassion For Animals is the animal welfare initiative of Social Workers Welfare Society, dedicated to protecting, caring for, and improving the lives of stray, abandoned, injured, and vulnerable animals. The project promotes kindness, responsible animal care, and community participation while ensuring that animals receive the support, treatment, and protection they deserve.
We believe that every living being deserves compassion, respect, and care. Through rescue efforts, awareness campaigns, and volunteer support, the project works towards creating a safer and more humane environment for animals.
Our Objectives

To support the rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation of injured and abandoned animals.

Key Activities
Project Compassion For Animals focuses on various animal welfare and care activities, including:
Organizing animal welfare and rescue initiatives for injured, abandoned, and stray animals.
Providing support during animal health emergencies and disease outbreaks. During the Lumpy Skin Disease outbreak, our volunteers actively served and cared for affected cattle by assisting with feeding, treatment support, and welfare activities in collaboration with local communities.
Supporting dog shelter initiatives by assisting with animal care, feeding, rescue, rehabilitation, and welfare activities alongside partner organizations and volunteers.
Conducting feeding drives for stray animals during extreme weather conditions and emergency situations.
Facilitating veterinary consultations, treatment support, vaccination, and rescue assistance whenever required.
Organizing awareness campaigns on animal welfare, animal rights, and the importance of protecting all living beings.
Encouraging responsible pet ownership, adoption, and community participation in animal care.
Promoting kindness, empathy, and respect for animals through educational and volunteer engagement programs.
