Inspiring Young Minds to Serve, Lead & Create Social Impact
Project Self Realization is a youth leadership and experiential learning initiative of the Social Workers Welfare Society, created to help students and young people discover their potential through social service, community engagement, and real-world learning experiences.
We believe that true education goes beyond classrooms and textbooks. Young people can learn valuable lessons about responsibility, empathy, leadership, and society by actively participating in community service and experiencing how different institutions work.
Through this project, students get opportunities to participate in internships, institutional visits, volunteer activities, and community development programs. These experiences help them understand public administration, governance, social welfare systems, and the importance of contributing to society.
As part of the initiative, educational visits are organized to institutions such as Civil Hospitals, District Social Security Offices, District Administration Offices, Child Protection Offices, Court Complexes, and other government departments. These visits give students a practical understanding of public services and the role these institutions play in society.
The project also organizes NGO exposure visits and orphanage visits, allowing young people to understand the work of social organizations and interact with communities and children from different backgrounds. Such experiences encourage kindness, compassion, inclusion, and a deeper understanding of social challenges.
Students and young volunteers are also encouraged to participate in health camps, awareness campaigns, environmental initiatives, humanitarian programs, and other community service activities. Along with practical exposure, leadership sessions, personality development workshops, and discussions on ethics, civic responsibility, and social innovation help participants develop confidence and leadership qualities.
Project Self Realization primarily serves school and college students, university students, young volunteers, interns, and aspiring social leaders who want to learn, serve, and make a positive difference.
Through meaningful experiences beyond traditional education, the project aims to develop young individuals who are more aware, confident, responsible, and compassionate. Our vision is to nurture a generation of socially responsible leaders who understand the value of service and actively contribute towards building a progressive, inclusive, and developed nation.
