Connecting Citizens with Rights, Justice & Solutions
Project Right Voice Connect is a public grievance redressal and citizen empowerment initiative of the Social Workers Welfare Society, created to help people understand their rights and raise their concerns through lawful, transparent, and appropriate channels.
Many people face difficulties when dealing with public services, government departments, or community-related issues simply because they are not aware of the correct procedures or the appropriate authority to approach. Through this initiative, we guide individuals in understanding their rights, preparing official representations, and accessing suitable legal and administrative processes.
The project focuses on creating awareness about citizen rights, government services, the Right to Information (RTI) Act, public grievance mechanisms, and available legal remedies. We assist citizens in preparing RTI applications and complaint letters and guide them on submitting their concerns to the relevant government departments and authorities.
We also help individuals understand the appropriate procedures for addressing issues related to public services, civic infrastructure, education, healthcare, social welfare, and other matters affecting the community. Whenever required, we facilitate access to legal aid, legal awareness, and referrals to appropriate legal professionals or organizations.
Through awareness campaigns and community engagement, Project Right Voice Connect encourages citizens to participate actively and responsibly in democratic and public governance systems. The project aims to promote transparency, accountability, and constructive civic participation while helping people seek solutions through lawful means.
The initiative supports citizens facing public grievances, underprivileged and vulnerable communities, students and youth, senior citizens, community groups, resident associations, and individuals seeking guidance related to RTI, public complaints, and legal support.
Through its efforts, Project Right Voice Connect is helping people become more informed and confident in raising genuine concerns. By improving awareness and access to grievance mechanisms, the project contributes towards stronger community participation and more accountable governance.
Our vision is to build a society where every citizen knows their rights, has access to appropriate support, and can communicate with public institutions without fear or unnecessary barriers. Through Project Right Voice Connect, we aim to create informed communities where every genuine voice has an opportunity to be heard and every rightful concern receives appropriate attention.
